Sweden's biggest apartment development built using passive housing technology - with the priority on comfort and energy-efficiency. With a quarter of the heating requirement of a normal apartment building, 75 per cent less carbon dioxide emissions, the same rent and a healthier indoor environment, it is helping to drive development towards the housing of the future.
