The European Concrete Platform ASBL (ECP), is a European association incorporated as a non-profit association under Belgian law. Its objective is to study and promote all aspects of concrete for construction. The ECP aims to promote concrete as the material of choice providing building solutions for sustainable development and sustainable construction.

The website provides architects, designers, structural engineers, specifiers, stakeholders in the construction industry and the general public with information relevant to this important sector.

Publications and tools available from this website illustrate that concrete, through its inherent construction qualities such as energy efficiency, durability, fire resistance, thermal performance, offers a unique contribution to the societal, economic and environmental benefits of responsible construction.

The BUILD UP interactive web portal shares and promotes existing knowledge, guidelines, tools and best practices for energy-saving measures in buildings across Europe.
